For our standard Readiness Assessment: payment is due in full before work begins. If we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, you are entitled to a pro-rata refund for work not completed. Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 30 days of payment.

Custom engagement terms may include milestone-based payments, which will be outlined in the engagement agreement.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all information shared with us during the course of an engagement as confidential. This includes AI system details, technical documentation, compliance gaps, and business context. We will not disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or with your prior written consent. Our confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement.

10. Engagement Terms

Paid services are governed by a separate engagement agreement between you and Thorian. The engagement agreement will specify scope, deliverables, payment terms, timelines, and any applicable confidentiality obligations. In the event of a conflict between these website terms and an engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails.

When you submit a contact form on our website, you consent to Thorian processing your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. We will respond to your inquiry within one business day. Submission of a form does not create a client relationship or engagement until a formal agreement is executed.
